Description: Kevin and Ani are leading this initial 2 boat flotilla plan. If ASA 104 certified, with an ASA 104 certified first mate, can qualify to lead your own boat in the flotilla. Kevin can teach either ASA 104 or 114. Current plan is for 2 cats. Each boat has 4 berths and 4 heads.
